Application

-Detect and analyze defects on large sheet glass surfaces in real-time. Examples include stone, bubble, notch, stain, impurity, spots, plaque, strip, etc.

-Besides pure transparent flat glass, it is also applicable to inspect other glass including coating glass or colour flat glass.

-Real-time inspection and alarm during production of flat glass, as well as being applicable at stages after cutting or edge polishing or coating.

-The unique system is designed for transparent flat glass detection, but it can also be used to detect defects for other transparent film or plate of resin materials.
